You must be 18 years of age or older to rent equipment and have a valid credit or debit card and state-issued photo identification. The name on the credit or debit card must also match the name on the identification. The renter will be asked to sign an Equipment Rental Agreement. If you are under 18, a parent and or guardian may rent the equipment for you.
Under certain circumstances, if a credit or debit card isn't available, we may require a cash deposit or waive the deposit at our sole discretion.
All rental equipment must be returned at the end of the rental period. If the rental equipment is not returned or is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the renter will be responsible for the full value of the lost, stolen, or damaged equipment and or cost to repair the damage not caused by normal wear and tear. Furthermore, no rental equipment is allowed to be removed from the property for any reason!
To make things faster and more straightforward, we require that the group leader add all rental packages and optional rental equipment to one rental agreement. This option is more convenient and saves time during group check-ins. However, the group leader will be responsible for all rental equipment within the agreement.
Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear of rental equipment are expected. Examples of such are small scratches, scuffs, tears, or dings on paintball markers, air tanks, goggles, and gear. Such wear and tear do not interfere with the operation or safety of the equipment. Therefore we don't hold the renter liable for it.
